EEA Family Visa
How can apply this type of visa?
You can apply for the EEA Family permit if for example your spouse is an EU national. This visa allows you to travel to the UK to visit and settle. Children of EU nationals also qualify. The EEA family permit is valid until 6 months for multiple entries.
The permit is mainly offered to immediate family members for example spouses, partners, children and grandparents. The following conditions apply:
Financial Dependency
Direct family members must be wholly or mainly financially dependent on the EEA national in order to qualify for an EEA family permit,
Part of the EU national's household
The direct family member must be living with the EU national in order to qualify,
Accompanying/Joining
You should be accompanying or joining the EU national to the UK.
Processing times
Prices
In general, the total price is calculated as follows, the Visas United service fee + consular fees + fee of the visacenter Teleperformance.
Visas United processing fee is € 159 for the first person. If there is any other person in the same order, the fee is € 129.
The Consulate will issue the EEA Family permit free of charge. You have only to pay the Visacenter scanning fee of €
50,00
and the return postage if you want back your passport by courier. Self-pick-up is free of charge.This fee includes our service to prepare your visa application, the German information package with the document checklist, translation and completing the online visa application, appointment booking for the Visa Center Teleperformance and telephone support during the application process. The total cost includes the consular fees of the authorities in the United Kingdom and the courier fee for the Visa Center Teleperformance which is the official partner for the Consulate authorized to receive the documents, as well Visas United processing fee indicated above. Detailed prices can be found in the order form on the second page. The translation of documents in not included in our service fee.

You can also apply for a visa independently. In which case you will be required to pay the consular fees to the consulate. Information about the respective consular fees and further information on independent applications can be found on the official website of the Embassy.
